Ingredients

2 tortilla wraps

4 slices of New Way Vegan pepperoni or chorizo

1 spring onion sliced

50g grated vegan cheese

Quarter red pepper sliced.

Method

On the tortilla, arrange the pepperoni slices and break them up to cover the whole.

Cover with grated cheese, and add spring onion and peppers.

Heat a medium skillet to medium heat. Oil the pan lightly and brown the tortilla on each side until golden and your cheese is melting. 

Serve it immediately; perfect snack to share
